Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect only the data needed to run Aimry: your email, name, and the content you create (notes, documents, chats). We use this data solely to provide the service — to power your AIs, store memory, and manage subscriptions.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or profit.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Your AIs, files, and chats are scoped to your account — only you can access your data. We do not retain or process your data for model training or analysis beyond what's needed to respond to your requests.

We use third-party service providers: OpenAI for AI responses, Stripe for payments, and Base44 for infrastructure. Each follows their own security practices.

You can delete your AIs and data at any time. To permanently delete your account, email us.

Terms of Service

By using Aimry, you agree to our Terms of Service. You're responsible for the content you add to your AIs — don't use Aimry for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

You own the content you create. We don't claim ownership of your notes, documents, or conversations.
