By creating an account and using Baisis, you agree to these Terms of Service. Baisis is provided by Baisis AI LLC. You may use Baisis for personal and professional purposes.
You are responsible for the content you add to your AIs. Do not use Aimry for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes. Do not violate anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights.
You own the content you create in Baisis — your notes, documents, and conversations. We do not claim ownership of your data. We have the right to use your content only to provide the service (to respond to requests, store data, power features).
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee continuous uptime. Baisis is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, change, or discontinue features or services with notice.
Baisis uses AI to generate responses. AI may make mistakes, include inaccurate information, or misinterpret your requests. You should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional advice, fact-checking, or independent verification. Always verify important information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baisis and Baisis AI LLC are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or any damages arising from use of or inability to use Baisis, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use Baisis for illegal or harmful purposes. If your account is terminated, you may request a download of your data.
