What information we collect

We collect: your email address, display name, and the content you create (notes, documents, chat messages, uploaded files). We also collect basic usage data like timestamps and feature interactions to improve the product.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to: provide the Aimry service, power your AIs, store and retrieve memory, manage your subscription and billing, send you important service updates, and improve our product based on usage patterns.

Who can access your data

Only you can access your AIs, files, and chats — they are private by default. We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or profit. We use the following service providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• OpenAI: Processes your messages to generate AI responses. Your data may be used to improve their models per their privacy policy.
• Stripe: Processes payment information for subscriptions.
• Base44: Provides app hosting and database infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual AIs, documents, and notes at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email info@baisis.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure.

Data security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Your AIs and chats are scoped to your account and require authentication to access. We do not use your data for model training or retain it for analysis beyond serving your immediate requests.
